If a student has many backlogs in his/her last education, then we recommend you do an evaluation from a professional transcript evaluator. Also many universities insist on having done a transcript evaluation, so we recommend that you do so.
Some universities do not have an in-built transcript evaluation department, which necessitates them to demand a course by course evaluation to know the GPA from a professional Transcript evaluator like WES, ECE, AACRAO and such.
Students have to be a minimum of 18 years of age to apply for Bachelors, but there is no maximum stipulation for age. Generally it takes a minimum of 4-5 weeks of processing time after the student submits the complete documents to the university. But this time may differ from university to university. We advise students to apply well in advance (minimum 3 to 4 months before the intake) to make their admission experience hassle-free.
Major intakes in USA are: the Fall session i.e. August, & the Spring session i.e. January. But many universities also have summer intakes which start in April/May/June.

We recommend that all students give their exams prior to applying to universities for admission, to help make the procedure fast & easier.

Yes, a student can apply, though only in some universities. Students need to study an English course in university first, combined with additional fees of $4000 to $6000. However, we do not recommend applying without giving an entrance exam, as even your chances of getting a student visa get considerably reduced.
